Dalian Deep Blue Pump Co., Ltd, whose predecessor was Dalian Second Acid Proof Pump Works, built in1988. It is a joint venture company between Chinese and American enterprise and professional producer of a wide range of pumps used in industries. The company occupies 94,000 m2, including assemble workshop 19,000 m2, foundry workshop 7,200 m2, office building 4,800 m2 and others of 5,200 m2.
Company has staff 428, of whom engineering and technical personnel are 105; research and exploiting new product are 56, senior engineers 9, engineers 27, and assistant engineers 20. Currently we produce 42 series, more than 1,000 varieties of industrial corrosion proof pumps.
The products mainly execute following standards: API610, ASME/ANSI B73.1M, ISO258.Product parameters: the flow capacity is up to 20,000m3/h, head up to 3500m, and the rotor speed up to 22700r/min and temperature range from -100 to 450. The biggest diameter of impeller is 1m, suction diameter is up to 12m and suction pressure is up to 8MPa.
Products are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, steel, coking, coal, environmental protection, starch, automobile, non-ferrous metal, power, nuclear industry, Sewage disposal, paper making and other industries. The products research and exploiting fully using Computer Aided Design system, Computer-Aided Process Design software, PUMPCAD hydraulic design software, CFD simulation software, ANSYS finite element analysis software and UG 3D design software.
In 1996, the company achieved Quality System Certification of ISO9001.
The sales network distributes all over the whole country, with offices in 29 cities. International Department was established in 2005 to expand overseas market. At present, the products have been sold to Europe, Southeast Asia, Russia, Canada, Australia, as more than 30 countries and regions. |
