We put lots on exploitation of new product and market to satisfy customers'needs. The company has 105 engineers and technicians, the technical staff engaged in designing the development directly remains 56 people, including advanced engineers 9 and engineers 27,some of them are good experts with 30-years experiences on pump industry,some of them are young engineers with good abilities,also fresh blood from famous universities. Exploitation of products depend on advanced computer system such as Computer aided design, computer-aided process planning, pump computer aided design, CFD, ANSYS and UG. The application of these software carry out the computer control whole process of design of product from product design, structure design and III dimension sculpt to test analyzing which could shorten the research period of new product and increase the proportion of research success. Dalian Deep Blue Foundry Co., Ltd holds its special characteristics on research of anti-corruption material that could smelt for 32 series anti-corruption including HC, monel and ASTM A890. Furthermore, the company owns physical and chemical analysis station, anti-corruption material test station and more than 20sets analysis equipment. We have kept well relationship with high school for many years. Cooperated with Tsinghua University, HIT, Huazhong University of science and technology, Lanzhou University of Technology and UJS, we research and communicate in the sphere of software, hydraulic, material and train so that we could keep ahead of technical level. At the same time, we also keep relationship well with research institutions and manufacturers so that keep neck and neck with oversea technical level.
