At present, our company's product catalogue included acid-proof pump 42 series, over one thousand items for industry. The standards of products followed API610ASME/ANSI B73.1M and ISO2858. The product performance parameter range as follow: Capacity high to 2000m3/h, head could reach 3500m and speed 22700rpm. The allowable temperature of medium is from -100 to 450ºC, the biggest diameter of impeller could be 1m, suction diameter 1.2m and suction pressure 8Mpa.
Our company took over 19000M2 for machining and assemble shop, in which there are 200 sets equipment of turn, mill, boring, drill, grind and ream, furthermore CNC system, advanced CNC system and over 40 sets inspection equipment. The use of ERP system made the management rationalization and automatization.
We had been qualified by ISO9001 system in 1996 and reviewed every year in order to run the quality management system in effect. Our company controlled the product quality through controlling for 0 mistake and executing of system auditing, order auditing, inspection management part test, pump set test, quality reform management, target management and product inspection by QA/QC Dept, Sales Dept., Technical Dept., Financial Dept., Manufacture Dept. and HR Dept.
There are a set of advanced closed test-bed and a large test station in the headquarters. The max tested capacity: 6000m3/h and 30000m3/h, max head: 35MPa, max tested power: 3500KW. The whole set what have been controlled by computer and supplied by high speed data-loggers, Signal Processing and data analyze system could not only test for the performance of pump, such as capacity, head, NPSH, power, speed, pressure impulse, vibration, noise and velocity distributing, but also simulate test and analyze the performance of pumps for high temperature and high thickness fluid. The internet function of the whole system and Real-time Remote Monitor and Control System will been carried out so that the customers far from jobsite will both witness the process of test and check the performance from data base in the system.
