We solemnly pledge to the all clients that: we resist on solving the issue on the jobsite as soon as possible. During the warranty period, if the issue is indeed the quality of the equipment itself, we are responsible for the maintenance or replacement service free, until the equipment work normally. After the period, we also track the products and provide after service for life without any fees except spare parts cost. We also promise that after service will be provided if the jobsite in the city where our office located and solve the problem at the first time.
